Electronic Press Kit

Brighton wasn’t always chasing basslines — he was chasing touchdowns. Raised in the small town of Keystone Heights, Florida, he spent his early years immersed in sports, with football as his greatest passion. He carried that drive to Benedictine College in Kansas, where he played college football and lived for the game.

But after a serious injury cut his football career short, everything changed. What followed was a long stretch of uncertainty — years spent searching for a new purpose, a new identity, and something that sparked the same fire.

That spark came in 2018, when Brighton discovered the world of electronic dance music. What started as a fascination quickly became an obsession. The energy, the community, the escape — it all clicked. He threw himself into DJing and production with the same intensity he once gave to the gridiron.

Today, Brighton is known for his infectious grooves and genre-blending sets, moving fluidly between tech house, funky house, and deep house. Influenced by artists like Chris Lake, Chris Stussy, Mochakk, and Beltran, he crafts immersive experiences that bring people together — from underground pop-ups to mainstream clubs. Recently, he's been exploring a darker tech house sound, expanding his versatility while keeping the dance floor locked in.

He’s also the host of Mix & Mingle, a podcast where he interviews industry creatives and shares stories from behind the scenes, further rooting himself in the culture he now calls home.

From small-town fields to club stages, Brighton's journey is about resilience, reinvention, and rhythm. His story proves that sometimes losing your first passion is what leads you to your real one.
